Role of Arbitration in International Contracts

Dr. Ardeshir Atai was invited to a one-day seminar organized jointly by the Iran-Swiss Chambers of Commerce and Swiss Chambers’ Arbitration Institution (SCAI) on the “Role of Arbitration in International Contracts” and presented a paper entitled “Arbitration Proceedings according to the Iranian Law concerning International Commercial Arbitration” on 15^th February 2017 in Tehran.
